The Association has approximately 1.300
members, including members, honour members and benefactor members. An administrative council, whose members are elected for three year terms, and two members designated by the Direction, is in charge of the management. An executive comittee composed of a president, two vice-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer (both helped by assistants) and an archivist is elected each year by the council. An annual general assembly composed of conferences in a convivial atmosphere is held alternatively in Paris or province. Financial ressources are provided by members fees and by Pasteur Institute and various benefactors. The assocation is located at the Pasteur Institute, where a full time secretary administers the organization. |
